Q: Are your products guaranteed?

A: Yes, we have a 30-day return policy. Although we don't guarantee you will make money by using this product, every effort has been made to assure quality and accuracy in design. If you are not satisfied with the product simply let us know that you want to terminate your upgrade. You will still have access to the Free section of the site.

Q: I ordered a product from you and never received anything. How are my products delivered?

A: If your order was successfully processed through PayPal you will be able to download your files once you log into the members area. Simply click on your membership link and depending which membership level you choose your files will be available for download.

Q: If I have trouble downloading files or my product download file won't open. It's Corrupted. What Do I Do?

A: From time to time it's not uncommon for a download to become corrupted. The only way to solve this is to log back in to the product download site, and obtain another copy. It is very rare that a download will become corrupted twice in a row. Simply log back into the download site and re-download the file. That will easily solve your problem. If you still have trouble contact Support.

Q: I don't want to download the files from the site. Can I have the files on a CD-Rom instead?

A: Of course you can. There is a additional charge of $5.00 to cover production and mailing cost, but we will be glad to send the files to you.

Q: I don't have a design bone in my body. Can you help me design a package?

A: Yes, there is a hourly fee for our design team to complete a project for you. Simply go to support section and put in your request.

Q: I'm confused about the cutting and folding, are there directions somewhere?

A: We are working on a step-by-step video for those that need guidance. We anticipate if being finished shortly, but in the meantime you are welcome to contact us using support feature in your membership section.

A: Yes, you can purchase any of our products by regular postal mail. Q: How To Use Customer Support?

A: We have tried to keep our Customer Support HelpDesk system as simple as possible to ensure that clients world wide can use our system. There are 4 basic routines that you will need to familiarize yourself with in order to make the most of our Customer Support HelpDesk. 1. Create Your Account. 2. Create And Respond To Your Tickets. 3. Using Live Chat Support. 4. Reading Our FAQs And Troubleshooters. 1. Create Your Account All you must do is click on the REGISTER link. Fill in the information required and your account will be set up. After setting up your account, you can freely submit support request whenever a problem arises. 2. Create And Respond To Tickets Before our Customer Support Staff can help you with your problem, you must first submit the problem by creating a support request ticket. To do this, log in to your support account and roll your mouse over the CREATE button at the top of the screen. You will instantly see a dynamic drop down menu and you will also see a heading called "Ticket". Click on that link and you will be taken to the create ticket screen. Enter your problem and submit the ticket to either Tech Hosting Support Team or General Support Team. It is important for you to remember to log in to your support account every so often until your ticket has been responded to by staff. Because email transmissions cannot be guaranteed, we cannot guarantee that you'll receive an email notification after staff have responded to your ticket. 3. Using Live Chat Support You can use the live chat support system if a live support staff member is accepting new chats. To check, simply click on the Live Chat button. If no one is available, you will need to try again later. 4. Reading FAQs And Troubleshooters You can save yourself as well as our support staff a lot of time if you check and read over our FAQs and trouble shooters sections prior to submitting a support request notice. Our FAQs section and troubleshotters are designed to solve the most frequently submitted support issues and may indeed solve your problem without having to contact support.

Q: If I am an affiliate how do I get paid?

A: You will get paid every two weeks once your balance reaches $50. For every person your refer to sign-up and they upgrade to our OTO you will receive $10. Sell 5 and you've made yourself $50 and you will be paid instantly.

Q: I am an affiliate but I'm not comfortable giving you my SSN.

A: Rest assured your SSN will never be divulged to anyone. We do however require it to make any type of payments to you as an affiliate. We must report this information to the IRS so your SSN is required strictly for account reporting.
